Eagle Lighting now manufactures Pleiad Robust locally in Melbourne.

The Pleiad G4 125 Robust is a recessed downlight with a cutout diameter of 205mm. It boasts the highest class of impact resistance, IK10, offering maximum protection against product damage.

The luminaire reflector ring is secured and fastened with tamper-proof torx screws to deter unauthorized access and dismantling.

Designed for recessed mounting in either unventilated or ventilated suspended ceilings, the fitting has an IP64 rating under a suspended ceiling and an IP20 rating above. The fitting’s total depth is a mere 125mm. The luminaire body, made of cast aluminium, features a two-part visible aluminium edge ring available in anodised silver, white, or black. A highly durable PETG diffuser plate covers the luminaire opening and is situated between the rings.

The luminaire body is Class III which is connected to the supplied Class II driver.

The luminaire body and driver are connected quickly and simply via a snap-in connector, facilitating easy installation.

DALI variants are equipped with CLO (Constant Light Output) ensuring optimised illumination for the rated life of the installation. CLO prevents over-dimensioning of illuminance values from day one, reducing energy consumption over the installation’s entire life and thereby lowering the total cost of ownership. The DALI variants of the Pleiad Robust boast an impressive L100B50 100,000h life rating.

Beam distribution options are Narrow, Medium, and Wide. The acrylic reflector is available in Matt, Black, or White. CCT values are available in 3000K and 4000K. The Tuneable White versions (2700K – 6500K) come equipped with DALI Device Type 8 (DT8) drivers.
