- GreenPower-certified renewable electricity accounts
- An all-electric fleet of manual handling equipment
Water & Waste Reduction
Our production facility incorporates sustainable water management and waste reduction initiatives that conserve resources, minimise waste and improve manufacturing efficiency, including:
- De-ionisation of wastewater from the paint line
- Rainwater harvesting
- Reclamation of powder coating material for reuse
Resource Efficiency & Circular Manufacturing
We reduce waste at every stage of production by recovering valuable materials, optimising packaging and keeping resources in use for as long as possible through initiatives including:
- Recycling 100% of post-production sheet metal and aluminium scrap
- A box-on-demand packaging system that creates the right-sized cartons, minimising material usage, improving packing efficiency and reducing transport-related carbon emissions
